When you purchase from us, your product will be delivered by our designated local delivery agent, who will get in touch to inform you about the expected delivery timeframe. Please note that deliveries are scheduled within a broad time window during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday) and are not fixed appointments. Our delivery service is curbside only, meaning the product will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your address but not inside your home or to a specific room.
Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Customers must accept and arrange for their delivery within one business day upon the product's arrival in the destination city. A warehousing fee of $153/day per pallet applies if storage exceeds one day.
If unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, re-delivery fees will be charged.
Our complimentary standard shipping provides curbside delivery, where the driver, operating solo, will lower your shipment to the ground using a liftgate and leave it at the curbside.
Deliveries are not made to garages, yards, parking areas, or building lobbies.
Our service does not include navigating stairs or elevators.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian Territories, and other remote locations are subject to a base rate of $899 plus potential additional fees.
Additional shipping charges may apply based on the destination, at our discretion.
Orders to non-contiguous US or Canadian territories may experience extended delivery times.
Free shipping is available for orders over $999 in the contiguous U.S. and Canada.
Modification of Delivery Service
Our standard curbside delivery service involves the carrier delivering your goods to the nearest accessible point at your property. The driver, working alone, will use a liftgate to lower the items to the ground. We are not responsible for any property or product damage once the delivery is made. Any alterations to the curbside delivery service will result in our waiver of responsibility. Additionally, modifying the delivery service voids the 1-year product warranty.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders with in-stock items ship within 24 hours. Customized orders ship once production is complete.
Shipping processes start immediately upon order confirmation, and orders cannot be modified post-confirmation.
A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once the carrier picks up the shipment.
Cancellations after shipping confirmation are subject to a $349 fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Before shipping, we confirm the shipping details and availability with the customer. Upon customer confirmation, a tracking number is provided. The carrier will contact the customer to schedule a delivery time slot.
Avoid changes to shipping details after confirmation to prevent modification or redirection fees starting at $105.
Ensure availability for the scheduled delivery to avoid storage fees of $153 per day starting the next business day after a missed appointment.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return your purchase, we're here to help, provided the following conditions are met:

Damaged products are not eligible for return. For warranty issues, please file a claim.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
Returns are accepted within one month of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Use a freight company for returns and provide us with the tracking number.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items. A full refund will be issued if the products are in perfect condition. If items are damaged, we will provide evidence for you to claim with the carrier.
